High School - 3x per week
Youth - 2x per week
Dates: November 4th, 2024 - March 28th, 2025
- 21-Week Program for pitchers & position players
- Assessment
- Pitching Technology
- Tracking of Individual Progress
The first phase will be a light throwing progression to get athletes back on track and prepared for our on-ramp. Emphasis will be put on establishing pre & post-throwing routines for each athlete that will be used throughout the program.
The on-ramp phase will consist of two high volume throwing days per week with a light day in between. Athletes will follow a strict plyo progression with some mound blending built in. We will end each week (5) with velocity testing and conclude with a de-load week before our mound velocity phase.
Pitchers Mound Velocity - After completing the on-ramp, pitchers will move to mound velocity, which will have a similar format to our on-ramp. Athletes will be tested each week and again conclude with a de-load week before moving to pitch design and live at-bats.
Position Players - After completing the on-ramp, athletes will move to position velocity, which will have a similar format to our on-ramp. Athletes will be tested each week similar to showcase format, and again conclude with a de-load week before moving to spring ball prep.
Position Players (Feb 17 - Feb 28)
Game Prep - The final phase will begin with a de-load, followed by game prep and in-season routines to help educate athletes on arm care and workload management.
Pitchers (Feb. 17-March 28)
Pitch Designs/LIVE - The final phase will incorporate Rapsodo Pitching as each athlete will have their arsenal analyzed by our staff. Feedback from this technology will provide answers to our pitchers and coaches to help make better decisions on what we can improve, add or eliminate in each athlete’s repertoire. This will ultimately help pitchers solidify their identity on the mound as they approach live at-bats and spring season.
