His approach is to combine manual therapy including soft tissue and joint mobilization with flexibility, strength, and postural training to help patients return to the activities they enjoy.

Chirs Moir is currently completing his master's education in Motor Control and Motor Learning at Iowa State University after completing his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in May 2019, also at ISU.
His previous strength and conditioning experiences include working as an intern for the Iowa State Cyclones football strength staff in 2018 and working as an assistant coach for the Gilbert H.S. strength program before taking over the Gilbert M.S. strength program in March 2019.
As of summer 2021, Chris has begun designing and implementing the first strength and conditioning program for the First Strike Tennis Academy in Ames.
